50 Years of Freedom

John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both died on July 4, 1826.  They both died 50 years to the day that the Declaration of Independence was signed.  Mr. Adams and Mr. Jefferson were the last two Founding Fathers to die, and their deaths on the 50th Anniversary of our Independence from tyranny were a warning to us.

This Republic experienced 50 years of pure freedoms that we were supposed to be enjoying today.  The warning they gave to us was to always, always, always keep fighting for our freedoms.  If we don’t fight for them, there are always those who will work to take them away from us.  The people who wanted to tramp on our freedoms waited until the last of our Founders left this earth to start their plans.

We have forgotten what our Founders had to do to keep us as a free nation, and we need to get back to the mindset they had.  If we don’t, these freedoms will be lost forever, and all the Founder’s work and sacrifice will be all for naught.  We owe it to those brave, loyal men and their wives and children to do everything we can to keep this nation a free Republic that they envisioned would last for eternity.

What This Blog Is About

From the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776 to the deaths of Founding Fathers John Adams and Thomas Jefferson on July 4, 1826, we had 50 years to the day of pure, God given freedoms. On July 5, 1826, that all changed.

We need to fight back against tyranny so we can get back to those 50 years of our Republic's birth.
